Lomas

Hello, I’m Lou, and I pour my heart into coaching mindsets and igniting motivations. Think of me as a guide for your habits, helping you to unravel the knots that hold you back. I firmly believe in the transformative power within each of us, a flickering flame waiting to burst into a brilliant blaze of personal growth.

But there’s a spark in women that often goes unnoticed, drowned out by the clamour of mainstream self-help rhetoric. In a world dominated by the voices of men, our struggles, our victories, our very essence can get lost in the shuffle. I see the untapped potential, the resilience, and the beauty in every woman who has weathered life’s storms.

I’ve walked the winding paths of doubt and limitation, and I know the strength it takes to break free from society’s expectations. It’s in this shared journey that I find my purpose—to be a guiding light for those who feel lost in the shadows. Together, we’ll rewrite the narrative, shatter the glass ceilings, and pave the way for a future where every woman embraces her power and thrives. You’re not alone; I’m here to walk beside you, hand in hand, on this journey of self-discovery and empowerment.

I’m a true nerd, with my face often buried in a book since childhood.

Thanks to an early obsession with Stephen King, I’ve been all about supernatural and mystery stories ever since.

After diving into self-help books for the past thirty years (with varying degrees of lasting change), the idea for my first book, The Bad Habit Kicker was born.

When I’m not coaching or writing, you can usually find me on the treadmill or Peloton, or out for a walk with Lara, the Greyador. I’m usually lost in thought, brimming with ideas waiting to be put on paper.
